Terms & Conditions for Membership Card
To join, you should first read the terms and conditions of the Membership listed below, then fill in the application form and proceed with payment 

Membership Card
The membership card is property of the LCL Club. Membership privileges are available only on presentation of a valid membership card which must be signed by the member. It is personal and non-transferable. The Club card will be valid up to expiry date. If you wish to renew your membership card, please inform us at least 30 days before expiry and the Club registration department will send you the renewed Club card.

Complimentary Membership for Your Spouse
As a valued member of Calypso loyalty Club, your spouse is also entitled to all benefits that you enjoy. All you have to do is sign up for you and your spouse to be immediately included in the programme.

Terms
Your membership card is only valid until the expiry date shown on the card. Your card is for your personal use - membership is not transferable. You will receive the permanent card within 4 weeks of processing your application

Account Information

  1. When member enrolls in the LCL Club will be assigned an account number and asked to provide a password that will allow member, to access account information and redeem LCL Club awards on www.lclclub.com. If member enrolls at a hotel, by phone or by mail, member will receive notification providing a password within 4 weeks of enrollment date.

  2. Member can change a pre-assigned password by updating their personal membership profile online or by contacting LCL Service Centre. If member chooses to change a password, the password should not be able to be guessed by others and it should be easy for member to remember. Special characters such as @#$%^&*;:/ are not permitted. Member is responsible for keeping password, account number and other account information confidential.

 

Lost / Stolen Cards
Membership cards are the responsibility of the member. Loss or theft of the membership cards should be reported immediately to the Club Registration Department, who will issue a new membership card. An administration fee will be payable for replacement cards.

Usage
At the time of making any purchase, the Member must present his/her Membership Card before the transfer is made.

Cancellations
Cancellation of membership can only be accepted up to 14 days from the commencement date. A cancellation fee of Euro 70.00 will apply.

Reservations
It is essential to make your reservation promptly, as accommodation is subject to availability. We ask you to identify yourself as a Club member when making reservations.

Hotel Services
LCL Club hotels will make best-faith efforts to deliver specified services to members. However, not all services can be provided at all LCL Club hotels or resorts at all times.

Rewards
The rewards benefit is automatically registered on your personalized membership account.  Your membership card should be presented to the hotel upon check-in to ensure you receive these special benefits.

Transferring Awards
LCL Club members may request that an LCL Club award be issued to another individual. In order to transfer an LCL Club award, member must comply with the following requirements:

  1. The reservation must be made by the LCL Club member redeeming the LCL Club award in the name of the recipient of the transfer.

  2. The recipient of the LCL Club award must provide photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit for incidentals at check-in.

  3. Once an LCL Club award reservation has been made, the booking may not be transferred. The reservation may only be used by the person whose name appears on the reservation.

  4. Transfer of an LCL Club award does not include the transfer of tier benefits.

For online reservation please visit the club members site
www.lclclub.com. Enter your personalised password and code number, and proceed with your reservation requirements. Instant confirmation will be sent to your e-mail account. If you wish to cancel or amend your reservation, please follow the same procedure and the instructions written on the club’s site, or call the Members Dedicated service telephone line 00357 26 881251

Priority Reservations
Your reservation takes priority over other guests. If we are fully booked on the dates you have requested, we will be happy to place you on a priority wait list. Our Club Executive team will make every effort to accommodate your reservation request in a timely manner.
 
Pre-registration
As a Club member, we will pre-register you to expedite your check-in at the hotel. Be sure to give your Club number when making your booking. By doing this, our hotels will be able to set up your reservations according to the preferences you have indicated in your preference registry.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out *
I
nforming us of your expected arrival time in advance, enables us to get you checked into your room as soon as possible. You may also request a check-out time as late as 3:00 pm at no extra charge, subject to availability. Please call the Front Desk the day before departure to request a late check-out.

Dedicated Check in Counter.
On arrival at the hotel, simply pass by the check-in desk and present your membership card and credit card to pick up your key

Complimentary Entrance to Fitness Centre & Discount on Spa Therapy and Massage
As a Club member, you can maintain your regular fitness routine while you are on holiday, with complimentary entrance to the hotel's Fitness Centre. For hotels with Spa, Club members can relax and relieve stress with a 15% discount on spa therapies and an A la carte massage.

Individual Membership Fees
Two Years Membership: Euro 50.00 plus Euro 70 registration processing fees (club registration, personalized code and password for on-line reservations, personalized membership card, all the Club Gifts)

 

   Membership Validity

Membership validity period is for twenty four consecutive months. Starting period is the month the application of membership is approved.   

   Membership Renewal

The member may renew its membership by:

  1. paying the Euro 120 (two years membership at Euro 50.00 plus Euro 70 registration
    processing fees)

  2. Or by staying at least 20 days at any one of our hotels

  3. Or by enrolling two new LCL Club Members

   Method of payment

Payment can be made in cash, cheque, bank draft or by all major credit cards

 

Communication

All communication for the LCL Club will be mailed to the mailing address or e-mail address described on the LCL Club application form. If necessary, calls will be made to the telephone number/s on record.

It is the responsibility of the member to inform the club administration, about change of postal address, e-mail address and telephone number.

It is the responsibility of the LCL Club administration to keep you informed on the hotels news and you will also receive updates on any added privileges to your Club membership

 By becoming a member, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Club which are subject to change.
